DIVISION: Philippine Film Archive  STATUS: Plantilla  SALARY: SG 11 ( PHP 30,024 )


PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the liaison for the Division with all internal offices of the FDCP, ensuring adherence to administrative processes pertaining to the Division's personnel.
  • Coordinate external requests for archival materials, and prepare memoranda or recommendations for appropriate actions regarding each request.
  • Assist PFA staff in fulfilling administrative requirements.
  • Contribute to the cataloging and database entry of metadata and other PFA collections.
  • Maintain and systematically organize all PFA documents and records.
  • Conduct material-level inspections and inventory of all new PFA acquisitions.
  • Manage intellectual property (IP) related activities, including the acquisition of rights and the processing of permits for PFA holdings.
  • Support the facilitation of programs for the Film Archive.
  • Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Career Service Professional/Second-Level Eligibility.
